My name is Shai (pronounced Shy) — but I’m anything but.

I’m a freelance cinematographer, editor, and director based in Brooklyn, NY. I’ve spent almost a decade working in NYC and beyond in all aspects of production, giving me a full understanding of what it takes to make a project from start to finish — whether that’s commercial work, a feature documentary in the desert, or a live multi-camera shoot.

My goal is to make genuine and engaging content while fostering a safe, efficient, and creative environment.
